At ChiefofLeaf, every payment is built around four things:

  • convenience;

To this end:

  1. The data you provide is encrypted in accordance with the international PCI DSS security standard.
  2. Card transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.
  3. To protect your privacy and secure your financial data, your bank statement will display a discreet and compliant billing descriptor.

Only individuals over the age of 21 may make purchases from us. This requirement is established by U.S. law, and we strictly adhere to its provisions. To ensure compliance, we verify your age before processing your order.

2. Available Payment Methods

Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)

  • How it works: Your card is authorized securely at checkout and charged when your order ships.
  • Security: To protect against unauthorized transactions, we use the 3-D Secure security protocol (confirmation via an SMS code from your bank). All transactions are processed through encrypted payment gateways that comply with the PCI DSS standard.
  • Fees: A standard 2.9% processing fee may apply, charged by our payment processor.
  • Privacy: To protect your confidential data, your bank statement will display a neutral payment system-compliant descriptor (secure billing descriptor).

Cash App. The fastest way to pay.

  • The transaction is confirmed within a few minutes.
  • The system generates a QR code to simplify the money transfer.
  • For the fastest possible payment, enter the order number in the “Note” field.

Cryptocurrency. We accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether (ERC20 and TRC20), and other coins available at checkout.

  • Your rate is locked for 15 minutes after checkout.
  • This allows you to make a payment without losing value due to volatility.
  • You can cancel your request before the funds are transferred. In this case, the crypto will be returned to you minus the network fee.

Direct bank transfer. We do not charge fees for this payment method. Payment must be received within 2 business days. The bank details will be displayed on the screen after selecting bank transfer.

3. Security and Verification

We strive to make shopping with us safe. To do this:

  • we do not disclose your payment details;
  • we comply with age restriction laws.

Occasionally, we may request identity verification. This is most often required for:

  • high-value orders;
  • bulk purchases;
  • orders placed too frequently.

In such cases, verification is usually conducted manually. We may request a number of documents from you. If we have any questions, we will contact you using the contact information provided in your order.

Important: ChiefofLeaf strictly adheres to security protocols. Therefore, we do not store your card details in our system.
