We understand that questions regarding cannabis use can be sensitive. We want you to feel comfortable. That’s why we use discreet packaging. Information about the contents of your package is not disclosed.

ChiefofLeaf also complies with U.S. law. We adhere to legal requirements at every stage of your order. This ensures the safety and legality of your purchase.

2. Delivery Coverage

ChiefofLeaf ships products only to U.S. states where it is permitted by law. Local state laws are taken into account.

Delivery availability is determined by the recipient’s address. The system verifies that the city, county, and ZIP code meet current requirements. If delivery is permitted in your area, a list of available options is generated.

3. Free Shipping

ChiefofLeaf offers free shipping. This applies to all orders and U.S. regions where this service is permitted. Shipping costs are already included in the product price. We have no hidden fees. You don’t need to worry about being asked to pay extra upon delivery. We carefully monitor the delivery process.

4. Privacy Is Our Top Priority

Your privacy is our priority. We pack all orders in neutral packaging. This may include boxes or bags. We do not include the following on them:

  • the ChiefofLeaf brand;
  • our company logo;
  • any markings related to cannabis.

No one will be able to tell what’s inside just by looking at the outside.

In addition, we use airtight and vacuum-sealed packaging. This is important for maintaining product quality. Such packaging also prevents odors from escaping during transport, which enhances privacy.

5. Preparing the Package for Delivery

We begin preparing your order after payment is received. If you pay by 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST), we will prepare and ship your package the same day. Order processing may be delayed until the next business day in the following cases:

  • you paid after 5:00 PM;
  • the order was placed on a weekend;
  • the order was placed on a holiday;
  • the service is experiencing high volume.

6. Delivery Times

On average, the package arrives within 3–4 days. However, this depends on the distance to the recipient. Delivery to remote regions may take longer. But usually, this period does not exceed 5 business days.

7. Package Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Additionally, the order status is displayed in your personal account on the website.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package is lost or damaged during delivery due to the fault of the postal service, you are entitled to request a reshipment. A refund is also possible. Each case is considered individually. Contact our support team and describe the situation. To confirm the issue, a specialist may request photos of the damaged packaging.

9. Legal Restrictions and Prohibited Locations

ChiefofLeaf operates strictly within the law. To this end, we adhere to the following restrictions:

  1. We sell products only to adults. We observe age restrictions in each state. In most cases, the sale and delivery of cannabis are prohibited to those under 21.
  2. We do not deliver orders to states and cities where cannabis use or delivery services are prohibited by law.
  3. We do not ship orders to restricted federal addresses, including military bases and federal buildings.
  4. We ensure that all packages are shipped strictly in compliance with age-verification standards. Depending on state regulations, an adult signature (21+) may be required upon delivery by the carrier service.

10. Product Returns

ChiefofLeaf does not accept returns for products that have been successfully delivered. This is due to strict regulations governing the distribution of cannabis in the U.S. The law prohibits returns for products in this category.

However, we understand that various situations may arise during the order fulfillment process:

  • damaged packaging;
  • defective product;
  • expired product;
  • order errors (wrong product was sent).
